Clause 9 - Performance Evaluation

Performance evaluation: This clause requires organisations to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the ISMS through regular internal audits, management reviews, and other evaluation activities. It also requires organisations to identify and address nonconformities and continually improve the effectiveness of the ISMS.
